One Day More Play Reading Festival: Penny Seats Theatre Company.
Feb. 29 & Mar. 1 at 7 pm (different programs on each day).
Two days of informally staged readings featuring the work of 3 local playwrights.
Saturday Jigsaw Bridge, Joseph Zettelmaier’s gothic drama about the peculiar discovery of a medieval woman frozen in time, and The Mummy Queen, Michael Alan Herman’s mystery about an ostentatious Victorian homeowner who’s discovered in a prolonged trance.
Sunday Spaceling, Michael Alan Herman & Josie Lapczynski’s farce about a struggling Midwestern painter hoarding a valuable alien life form, and The Known Limits, Zettelmaier’s drama about an astronomer & lab technician stumped by an unexplainable discovery.
